ACLU Says: Photographers, Know Your Rights
With camera phones, flip corders and many other small photo/recording devices available photographers need to know their rights and the public's rights when in public spaces. APhotoEditor has put together a list of some of these rights. The ACLU also has a page that helps photographers know their rights when taking photos in public.
